Topic: Urgent Legal Matters in DUI Cases.
Mr. Trapp has obtained non-DUI dispositions in approximately two-thirds of his
DUI cases. He has, therefore, become the GO TO GUY FOR DUI in west
Georgia.
Mr. Trapp also handles other criminal matters and first achieved considerable
local fame when his client was acquitted of murder and arson following an
eight-day trial approximately nine years ago. You can read more about this case
in Other Cases of Interest. A majority of
our non-DUI criminal cases are drug cases. With the Villa Rica Police
Department, Douglas County Sheriff’s Department, and other agencies targeting
out-of-state drivers on I-20, we are representing more and more out-of-state
motorists who have been arrested for drug offenses on this stretch of highway.
